Yes, I really am spamming today! lol

I just wanted to share an incredible pic that was taken during the floods.

A green tree frog hitching a ride on the back of a brown snake.

Photo taken by computer technician Armin Gerlach while visiting friends in the flood-hit town of Dalby, located in the state's south-east.

It is very cool...whether the snake turned around and ate the frog once it got to dry land I don't know, but I like to think it didn't.

Thanks, sweetie!

It sounds like that story with the scorpion and something else.

LOL Yeah, as I said to someone else, it is quite probable that when they got to dry land the snake had a snack... but I'd like to think the frog got away safely.

I may be overly cynical but that immediately suggests to me that it's Photoshopped.

LOL You're such a cynical soul! There was video footage today of a black snake and a lizard floating down the Brisbane river together on a piece of polystyrene foam.

Part of me had exactly the same reaction...the other wanted to believe and marvel at the wonders of nature.

Ugh! I just found out about the flooding and I am so glad that you guys are okay. I'm so out of the loop. I'm hoping and praying that the waters recede soon! *hugs*

There is also a pic of a fox ride a tyre down the river and the latest one from Ipswich of a cow stranded on a roof after the water receded a bit

BTW heading up to Brissy at 5 am on Sunday to help out the Red Cross, a little nervous about what will greet us when we get there
