No fic...just a me update

Just a quick post to say... Yes, I am alive. lol

I know I haven't been online very much lately; there are a few reasons for that.

One is that I decided I have been spending far too much time online and not enough time doing things with the family, around the house, with the animals etc etc. So I will still be around, just not as much. (I'm also going to be looking at my community list and doing some trimming because I just haven't had time to be an active member lately and I don't see that changing very much in the forseeable future.)

The other is that my laptop has picked up a huge number of viruses (*rolls eyes* No, I wasn't on a porn site, get your minds out of the gutter! lol) and I just haven't had the time to deal with trying to get it cleaned up, so if I want to be online atm I need to be on the PC, which is in my computer/craft/spare room away from the rest of the family, and as it is currently our summer school holidays (at least for a little longer) I have been doing things with the boy-child and haven't had a lot of time (or inclination) to be locked away in the computer room. lol

Now for a small squee. I'm off to Sydney tomorrow to see my boys (Bon Jovi, that is! lol) and will be gone for a few days.

Anyway, I won't be around at all for the better part of a week, and then when I get back there is all the last minute back to school stuff that needs to be taken care of. So everyone take care, have fun and I'll catch you all later.

I'm excited for you! Bon Jovi is my All Time Favorite Band and I have yet to see them. And balance is good - it sounds like you're working hard to create that.

LOL Mine too, in case that wasn't blindingly obvious. *grin*

I've seen them every time they've come to Australia since '95, which unfortunately isn't that often. *sigh* And they rarely come to Brisbane so flying is always a necessity. I just WISH I could have stayed for the second night in Sydney...my friend did Melbourne, both nights in Sydney and Christchurch.

You really must find a way to go see them...they are the best live act EVER! IMHO lol
