Storm Fronts
There was something about lightning; the power, the sheer ferocity and unpredictability of it that attracted him. He gazed out into the darkened night, watching as it lit the sky in blazes of colour—blinding white, searing purples and greens flashing briefly to be devoured once more by the darkness.
Turning his eyes away from the maelstrom of nature’s fury he allowed them to fall on the room’s other occupant, his gaze drifting over the finely chiselled features, strong jaw and dark smouldering eyes; maybe that was a large part of the attraction. Nothing about Ethan was predictable, or safe.
